Valentines Day Menu -
Starters
Pan seared scallops with minted pea puree and shizo cress salad
Ballotine of ham hock terrine served on sliced pear and beetroot salad
Carrot and coriander soup finished with basil oil and herb croutons
Mains
Seared "yellow fin" tuna steak, sauteed new potatoes, buttered fine beans and a lime beurre blanc
"Corn fed " chicken breast roasted and served with pancetta and wild mushroom jus, mashed potato and asparagus
Char grilled rib eye steak served with dauphinoise potatoes, roast cherry vine tomatoes and pepper sauce
Desserts
Individual apple "tarte tartin" served with vanilla pod ice cream
"Strawberry shortbread" sweetened whipped cream with fresh strawberries and layered with homemade shortbread
Chocolate and coconut velvet tart served with raspberry coulis and creme fraiche
